3. Bookings and Payments
3.1 Reservations
When you make a reservation through DropBy, you enter into a direct agreement with the restaurant or service provider. DropBy acts as an intermediary to facilitate bookings.
3.2 Payment Terms
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
- Additional charges may apply for services not included in the booking
3.3 Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by restaurant and event. Please review the specific cancellation policy before booking. DropBy service fees may be non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DropBy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from the Platform without our prior written permission. User-generated content remains the property of the respective users, but by posting, you grant DropBy a license to use, display, and distribute such content.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
5.1 Service "As Is"
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
5.2 Third-Party Services
DropBy is not responsible for the actions, content, or services of third-party restaurants, vendors, or service providers. Any disputes should be resolved directly with them.
5.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropBy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
7. Changes to These Terms
